35 Weeks | Pregnancy Three

Date: 8/7/18
How far along? 35 Weeks and only 35 days to go 🙂
Baby Size? approx. the size of a cantaloupe — Weighs 5 lbs 10 ounces according to ultrasound!
Total weight gain: around 21 lbs
Maternity clothes? A mix of maternity and regular tops and dresses.
Miss Anything?  Wine and really working out.   I haven’t done great with exercise this pregnancy.
Movement: Yes! Lots of good movement thats starting to get really strong!
Symptoms: The heartburn and acid reflux is definitely still hanging around! ugh, thats the worst.  I get a bit of restless leg syndrome at night too when I’m trying to fall asleep. Definitely shortness of breath too especially after climbing stairs.
Belly Button in or out? in
Wedding rings on or off? on
Sleep: Its going pretty well still.  I have to pee often and I am so tired by the afternoon’s, but I would say that I’m still sleeping pretty well.
Best moment this week: Just trying to soak in the last few weeks of summer with my big kids.  We have about three weeks together with no camps and before school starts back.  We are trying to make the most of the beach and pool time before little sister gets here!
Exercise: I have done a few random spin classes here and there on my Peloton, but mostly just walking.
Anything making you queasy or sick: Nope!
Gender Prediction: It’s a GIRL.  We were able to find out at an ultrasound at 16 weeks that we’re having a girl.
Labor Signs: No
Happy or Moody most of the time: Happy most of the time.  A little short tempered or tired sometimes.
Looking forward to: Enjoying these last two weeks of summer…I guess!!  Kind of ready for them to get back to School, but we are trying to make the most of it!! I still have several things to get done (or would like to get done) before new baby gets here, so hopefully I can knock those out.  Getting ready for this baby has me SUPER EXCITED for FALL and all the holidays 🙂
Doc Appointment Update: My blood pressure has been better and this week.  At my 34 week appointment, they did an ultrasound an the fluid around the baby was still in normal range but on the low side of normal.  So I had to cut any/all caffeine, stay really hydrated, and I tried to take it kind of easy.  At my appointment this week all looked good again, thankfully!  So each week they do an ultrasound and watch and make sure fluid levels around baby are good.  I’m thankful to get to see little Molly each week!!
Can’t believe we are officially having a baby next month!!!
