Here’s a few ideas on how to host a back to school breakfast for the kids.
I started this little tradition years ago with the kids and now they ask about it each year, so I feel like I can’t quit. I stash away cute little “back to school” decor each year and then pull together a little theme for a fun breakfast on their first day of school. I always decorate the table the night before after I put the kids to sleep and then try to wake up before they do in the morning and prep a little breakfast for them!
I put a collage of some fun ideas together for you guys, but you can honestly pick up anything. The Target $1 section usually always has great items and then I’ll snag a few things off Amazon. Then I just look through old party supplies for paper plates that will work. I’m just warning you…once you start it, your kids might ask for it every year!

Here’s a few set ups from previous years. I’ve done pancakes before, but many times I just try to have donuts or something simple because it is always such a mad rush on the first day of school. So don’t feel like it needs to be anything fancy!
