I’m all about the simple recipes especially when I’m in a last minute pinch. This 5-ingredient recipe is super easy because I usually have most of these items on hand. The guys all went crazy over this dip too.
INGREDIENTS:
2 (8oz) pkg. Cream Cheese
1 pkg Ranch Dressing Mix
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
8 slices of Bacon crumbled
1/2 cup of beer
DIRECTIONS:
Mix together softened cream cheese, ranch dressing mix, cheddar cheese and bacon. Slowly stir in beer until desired consistency. Refrigerate until ready to eat.
Serve with veggies or crackers. I like Ritz and celery!
