There are many variations of this boat dip or beach dip out on the internet and I honestly don’t think you can go wrong with any of them. This one is delicious and just tastes extra good out on the boat. You can add in corn to this as well which I do sometimes and love that version too. It is pretty similar to my old Fiesta Ranch dip that you can find here.
Ingredients
- 16 oz. of Sour Cream
- 10 oz. can of Rotel drained
- 1 packet of Ranch dressing mix
- 1 packet of low-sodium Taco Seasoning
- 2 cup Shredded Fiesta Cheese or cheddar
- Chips Pretzels, Fritos Scoops (for dipping)
- Green onions to top
Instructions
- Add your sour cream, Rotel, taco seasoning, and shredded cheese to a large mixing bowl.
- Whisk together until well combined and transfer to a serving dish.
- Chop green onions and sprinkle on top.
- Surround with chips, pretzels, and Fritos and SERVE!
