I can’t believe she is already getting herself out of the crib! Girlfriend is a tough cookie! You have had a crazy week and definitely deserve a little fun and relaxation this weekend!! You will do so great with the speech, my tip, is have champagne before 😉

Flying with Matthew last year to Rosemary was awful he turned 18 months the first day of our trip and it was the longest two hours home and back. I’m hoping this year at 2.5 he will just copy whatever Miller is doing so I’m hoping it will be easier. I still can’t believe Madelyn climbed out of her crib! Miller was out of his at 20 months but Matthew is still in his at 28 months. Kyle thinks we need to move him to a big boy bed but I don’t want to yet because I know most of it is because I don’t want to lose my baby 🙁

My little one started climbing out of bed and it was so hard to set limits that she could only get out of bed if we came and got her because we have stairs and I was scared she was going to fall down the stairs in the middle of the night. Hang in there Mommy 🙂

I remember when my youngest started climbing out of the crib too and I cried. 🙁 I want them to stay little forever!!

You are super mom for flying with your kiddos!! It always seems like they bother the mommy more than anyone else… anyone that has kids on that plane is understanding and not bothered at all I’m sure!! Xo

I will probably keep the mattress on the ground for a month or so until she gets the hang of it and then do a bed. That’s what we did with Brody and it worked great. But he was like 25 of 26 months old ?

I was so nervous to give a MOH speech at my sister’s wedding last Spring. I felt like everything I wrote down was cheesy. So I ended up writing a speech that rhymed (I won’t call it a poem because that sounds kind of lame! Ha). It was funny but still had some serious parts in it. And it made me a lot less nervous because I knew I wouldn’t change it up during the speech and mess up the rhyme!

We flew with my three year old for Christmas and he did awesome (although we did still have a few meltdowns)! So I definitely think that’s the prime age for them to understand to sit still and actually enjoy watching shows.
Have so much fun this weekend! My kids always do better when other people watch them, so hopefully your daughter does the same!
