Rosemary Beach | February 2018

Happy Friday, friends!!! It’s been a sloooow start to the year when it comes to this blog and my whole life. But I keep getting hope that I will be back at it VERY soon.  I can’t tell you how many posts that I have sitting in my draft box and vacation recaps that I am dying to finish for my own online journaling 🙂

I promise to give you guys a pregnancy update next week.  I am 17.5 weeks right now and I swear I am finally over the hump.  I really want a post to document my pregnancy up until this point.  So I will try to do an 18 week update!

Today, I want to share a recap of our weekend in Rosemary Beach that we took back in February for Matt’s birthday weekend.   We lucked out big time with warm, beautiful weather and it was one of my first weekends where I had a few days of nausea relief.  It was such a fun getaway for our little family to one of our happy places!!

We rented a carriage house that was a one bedroom loft with a king bed upstairs and a set of bunkbeds downstairs as well as a sleeper sofa.  The kids ended up wanting to sleep on the sleeper sofa together which worked out great.

We beached it everyday and walked around the town dining at our favorite restaurants and poking into our favorite shops!

I often get asked about where I like to shop for my kids clothes.  Earlier this year, I was so excited when the sisters of Christian Elizabeth Co. reached out to me about their new spring kids line.  How appropriate that they have an entire collection called the Seaside collection that is all named after beautiful spots on 30A??  This yellow collection makes me so happy!   I would have killed for Brody to fit into that Bobby suit, but it only goes up to size 3T.  I love the vintage feel of the collection.

If you are a Texas gal or have a love for the outdoors, this Aspen Collection is for you!!  I wish I had a little boy to dress in that pretty green fishing collection.

Have you ever heard of Christian Elizabeth & Co??  You can follow them on Instagram here to see all their cute clients!

While we were at the beach, we also took a few pictures that I was going to use to announce baby Malone #3! We ended up using a photo that we took at the top of the mountain while we were in Vail, but I thought I would share these with you guys because they turned out pretty cute!

We always have to go to our favorite donut shop in Alys Beach while we are there!

I hope you have a wonderful weekend!  We will be hanging out at home tuning into the Masters Golf Tournament.
