We may be halfway through February, but it is still a perfect time to take a ski trip! Of course, living in Florida, we have to travel a fair distance to get some decent snow. We have spent quite a bit of time in both Aspen and Vail (check out my Vail travel guide here!) and loved every minute! I cannot wait to get back. Both the summer and winter have wonderful – although very different – experiences to offer in this beautiful area of the country. I love to ski, but I also lived and worked in Vail for one summer during college – so I have fond memories of this time of year in Colorado as well!
