Swimsuit Brands I Love

I know swimsuit shopping can easily be one of the worst tasks, so I thought I would share some of my favorite brands here over the years. Often times, when I find a brand or style that I truly love, I will just buy the same one in multiple colors!! Why mess with a good thing??

Maygel Coronel

I discovered Maygel a few years ago and they are definitely the “statement” bathing suit. They have a look which are these big ruffles on their suits. They are a one size fits most swimsuit, but I do think now, they offer a petite size in some and then regular size. I always pick the largest size that I can! These suit may not be everyones favorite style, but I love them and have collected a few fun styles over the years.

Marysia

This is definitely a pricier brand, but they have some beautiful swimwear for kids and adults as well. Try to catch them right now when they are discounting all their swimwear big time for the end of summer sale! Much like the Maygel brand above, there are not pads in these suits (they are just double lined), so if you prefer more nipple coverage; these probably aren’t the suits for you, ha!

Minnow

This is another one of my favorites for matching kids and Mama! They have a larger selection of Childrens swimsuits then adults, but it is fun to snag of of their matching suits from time to time! This rash guard style was one of my favorites so I am hoping they bring this style back again soon.

Summersalt

These suits are like the ultimate feel-good Mama suits and chase your kids all around the beach or pool! I love the sidestroke swimsuits so much and their two piece options are awesome too! I tend to go for the solid colors in these suits and I love the fit and classic styles.

Hunza G

These suits are another one size fits most brand but you will not believe the stretch in these things!! They are also not padded and are only double lined, so if you want more coverage, skip it! I am so sad that I left this pretty orange suit on one of our vacations and I only got to wear it one time!! I loved the color so much. I also own this great classic black, high-waisted style that I love a lot too!

Lain Snow

Lain Snow quickly became one of my favorites a few years back and the fit and fun colors are awesome. I love the rash guard style bathing suits for the girls and both the one and two pieces for me! I will say that the bottoms are not maximum coverage, they can be slightly cheeky, but not so much that I don’t like them. I do always keep a sarong handy with these suits 🙂 I would say size up in these suits too!

Beach Riot

These are fun suits for Mama and minis as well! They have a similar look and feel to the Lain snows above with lots of fun colors and styles. I would say these run smaller as well, so size up on them. I have only tried this sporty style shown below in their suits, so I can’t speak for the other styles.

I hope this was helpful! Doing an entire post with all swimsuit photos is not exactly my favorite type of post, but I am hoping this is helpful for all the Mamas out there that struggle trying to find a a swimsuit that they feel good in. I will say that I do buy two piece bathing suits still and it is not because I want to show off my stomach, but they are the most comfortable on me. I am long torsoed and sometimes the one piece suits can feel so restraining. So, wear what makes you feel good and feels the most comfortable! Summersalt really makes the most comfortable one pieces to me, so if you like a one piece, they are probably a great place for you to start. Good Luck, Mama!
