lollipops! That always helps me loose weight. I go to sees candy and buy a ton of chocolate and vanilla lollipops so when i feel like a snack at night I can suck on something not overly sweet and satisfying. They also have coffee and caramel flavor too. At 30 calories it healthier than champagne or chips.

No, but everyone has recommended that to me! I really want to watch that one. I keep trying to get my hubby to start on it, but now that football season is here; I probably don't have a chance 🙂
