August was a bit of a doozy! I felt like I was constantly playing catch up. It’s always kind of a weird month. Mentally it feels like we are kissing summer goodbye, but really it is still 101 degrees out and we have typically wrapped up all camps and summer trips which leaves us just to figure it out for a few weeks before school starts. I do my best to embrace those few weeks of lazy days, but really I’m ready to get back into a routine!
So this post is a hodge podge of life lately photos that I never got a chance to post this month because we’ve been too busy! So sorry this is going to be really unorganized, but I still want to publish because I love to look back on them! So here goes…

Our cousins from Montgomery came to visit for the weekend and we had lots of fun at the beach, getting some back to school pedicures and fishing.
