Summer Entertaining | Blue Coastal Tablescape

I absolutely love to plan a party at home. There is nothing more satisfying than surveying a gorgeous tablescape that I have planned and designed myself. It is truly a labor of love!

Matt and I host frequently, and love to have friends and family over for just about any occasion! We have spent almost a year in our home now, and have already made so many great memories in our outdoor living space. As the summer winds down, I am trying to use this area as much as I can. We are lucky that we can be outdoors nearly year-round here in Florida! Throughout the year, I enjoy collecting different accessories, such as candles, glasses, serving ware, and plates, that I can use for a future event.

Here are a few photos of one of my favorite spaces in my home. I used many pieces from Tuckernuck and other sources to put together the perfect summery, coastal-themed tablescape for a beautiful outdoor lunch. It came together so nicely, and I wanted to share it with you. These seaside melamine plates are so adorable (and coordinating napkins) that I paired with this blue dinner plate and each salad plate has a different scene on it! The blue table linens are from Julia Amory and these acrylic wine glasses are my new favorite drinking vessels! I use these bamboo utensils all the time from Walmart and these pretty water cups are from there too.

Please pay no attention to the fact that my flowers sat outside a whole day before I took photos and they all wilted completely! #bloggerfail

Even the dress I am wearing is from Tuckernuck…I couldn’t resist!

I would love to hear about your favorite ways to entertain at home!
